Kate Meredith has over 20 years of experience as a counselor, teacher and trainer.  She has her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lewis and Clark  College and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC).  Along with maintaining a private practice, she has trained and supervised many counselors and was the director of counseling office for seven years.  She is a motivational speaker and can be contracted to address your group or workplace.  She has experience presenting workshops on workplace relationships, organizational skills, team building and healthy living. therapy
